A Lifetime Surrounded by Legends

THE STORY OF GERARDO VELEZ

In August 1969, Gerardo "Jerry" Velez found himself on one of the most famous stages in music history: the Woodstock Music & Art Festival. As percussionist for Jimi Hendrix's legendary Woodstock performance, he celebrated his birthday while performing alongside one of rock's greatest icons.
